Interest and Fee's Tower lending offers a wide variety of commerical loan options with interest rates ranging from 6.5% to 12.5% on our "no doc" and "hard money" loan products. Our "full doc" commercial loan program has rates starting at 3.49% with a maximum LTV of 40%. Late fee's range between 5% and 25% of the payment amount depending on the loan amount, investor, and applicable state laws. Tower Lending charges a 3% origination fee along with a $1995 underwriting fee on our "no doc" loan program. These are strictly commercial mortgages secured by real estate with a business use. We do not offer consumer mortgage loans. We do not offer unsecured loans.
Trademarks. Tower Lending’s logo is a service
marks of Tower Lending. Other proprietary Tower Lending marks may be
designated as such from time to time on this site through use of the SM or ®
symbols. Except when included in any authorized printouts of the Content, you
are not authorized to make any other use of Tower Lending marks, including,
but not limited to, as metatags or in any other
fashion which may create a false or misleading impression of affiliation or
sponsorship with or by Tower Lending.
Security. For your protection, Tower Lending requires the use of
encryption technologies for certain types of communications conducted through
